The app is great, and has pleasant automation templates with a great responsive team from both the billing and implementation support. Unlike other similar apps which looks more bare-bone and had to do more manual customisations.
Just unfortunate there's only simplified chinese and no traditional chinese support, and there are certain fields which just can't be manually overwritten.

This app has been extremely difficult and confusing to setup. I have a designer putting things together and it's taken a long time just to have it look aesthetically pleasing. We added the login block on the loyalty page and then it just randomly show up on our homepage. Trying to get a fast response for needed support is actually impossible. This app costs $200/month and they take hours to respond to customer requests. The fact there's no live chat support for this app is kind of mind blowing when $10/month apps I use have instant support and assistance. I actually wish there were other viable options out there as this app is terrible when you combine what they offer vs what they charge.

Yesterday, I got an error message while trying to access the Smile app via Shopify, so I asked for help in Smile's website's chat window. Lisa answered and let me know that Smile was experiencing some database issues, but that the team was working on sorting things out. It was reassuring to get such a quick and transparent response, and also to be able to sign up for updates to the situation via e-mail. This morning, everything was fixed. I'm very pleased with Smile's customer service with regards to this issue, and glad to leave a positive review.
