Have been using this app for a while now, and it's mostly great. There are a couple of features in the higher tier program I wish the lower budget versions had, because I just don't do the business volume to justify paying more to be able to segment my really good customers or be able to expire points, which i think would be a good incentive to get people shopping.

Have only had to contact support a couple of times and they've been great and extremely responsive.

The customer service was phenomenal! As a new user, the support team made it very easy to migrate our customers, showed me how to use the new point system & was available with me for well over an hour to assist. Thank you so much!

Reading some worrying reviews and too many without a reply, although most are positive.

Only installed the app yesterday so this might not be the best feedback (I can always update).

They would love charging you based on the number of orders but with the free plan the customers don't get to see the points on the product page, account page, checkout and post purchase. The customers are also limited in redeeming the points at the checkout.

So on one side, Smile.io would love to make more money if we generate more orders, while restricting our customers experience with their reward system and ultimately our growth and Smile's. This makes no sense.

Great so far - reasonable pricing, great customer support by Andrea, plenty of functions. If they add multiple language possibility, would give them 6 stars :)

Our loyalty program is still fairly new. The implementation was simple and the customer respone has been positive.

Customer service has always been helpful and responsilve.

The only thing that I would like to see added is a full page for the customer to login to, instead of the landing page just pushing them to the popup.
