Lack of integration with MailChimp is disappointing

wish there was more customization for the free account

The app is easy to install and to use. it's a shame that messages can't be customised under the free plan, especially since my customers don't speak english.

This app has really slowed my website down, I'm not certain the benefits outweigh negatives in this case

The app is great and explains setup well. Have had a few hiccups however. If your store has special characters in the name, it tends to mistype it. Also, unless you have an upgraded plan, you can't edit the automated email sent to customers referred with discount, and you're unfortunately stuck with sending these people a $10 coupon. I cannot seem to figure out how to import my mailchimp list and actual customer lists. It only seems to want to do some POS customers but not all. I have customers from pinterest as well but cannot add their email or give them points and they have accepted marketing. I am sure I am probably doing something wrong :/

new to this app and shopify...$59 a month is too steep for a beginner

Just installed the app, so far so good

Nice app but they REALLY need to have their own loyalty rewards template that we can use. Without it, having a rewards system is basically pointless.
Also the app doesn't allow any text button for mobile. Which means customers are expected to know an icon picture is the rewards button ( atleast on free plan)

as a said before, if there is no rewards template explaining the rewards customers ...

I really love at the features 'Smile offers unfortunately you do have to pay to integrate with other apps but my customers definitely love the feature, customer Service is great and is offered to everyone not just paid members which can be very frustrating.
