Just installed and we are so excited to have this. You are able to adjust people's points - if they bought something before you had your point system, you can add it later on. What a great system! Will update if any problem arise.

I just finished chatting with Nicole and I cannot begin to tell you how easy this set up was. Her instructions were seamless. She sent me video’s to show me where to navigate to what I needed to fix.
