LOVE THIS APP!! THIS HELPS MY STORE A LOT!
I think this is a great app and I am so thankful that it is free, thank you guys for making a free app which is super easy to set up and could really help a lot of people with their little shops. I have dropped a star because I actually installed this ONLY because i wanted to offer products that customers could redeem their points on - and from what i had read before I installed the app it seemed like this was available on the free plan. After going to the effort of installing it and setting it up I discovered that actually it isn't available on the free plan. I wish I would have known beforehand because i probably wouldn't have installed it. I am going to give it a go anyway, but now to get the functionality that I actually wanted I would have to uninstall this app and find a different one (because I will never ever ever ever be able to afford $200 a month for an app, which is what i would need to pay with this app to get the functionality I had wanted...)

The app is great, but no chance to translate it. Unfortunately this is not good for customers which don't speak english. Hope things will change very soon.

Currently, Smile is available in English, Spanish, German, Brazilian Portuguese, and French.
But I totally understand the use case and desire to translate Smile into multiple languages (other customers have also expressed their interest in multi-language support, and we can see why) and we really love this idea. 🤩 we'd be happy to +1 this with our product team for you ✅

I've just installed the app. Pretty straight forward, but the true test I guess will be seen once the app is operational with customers
It has great options for free plan. The problem is that to customize the "Spending Points Coupons" you have to pay. It is no problem if your webpage is in English, but if you have it in another language it is not fair. Non usable in free plan for webpages in other languages.

Easy to set up and get running on my website!
This needs a lot of work. I love what you guys have done to make set up simple from an admin's perspective, but the customer experience is horrible. I want to be able to tell customers about the referral program directly and redirect them to a page to sign up. Right now everything is crammed in that widget, and it's very confusing as to how to get more details about any of the programs. After signing up, there are no directions on what to do as a follow up action. This is also not embedded into shopify at all, the customer has no idea before or after the checkout that they are accruing points or what they are worth. This needs a lot of work! Overall, this had a very low conversion rate, so we're moving to something else.
