I have only just started using the app but so far I have had good feedback (have not announced my rewards program widely altough it is active on my site.) Customer service has been fast and very good so far. Really happy I went with Smile instead of a more expensive app, it has everything I need at this early stage.
I've used the app for a while now and have been please with the functionality and ease of use. Customer support is great as well. Highly recommend!
