First payment tiers are well worth the price. This would be a five star review if I didn't have to get pushed into paying $500/month just to access the API integration. Otherwise this is the best app on the market.

New to using, but seems great so far!
Looks pretty good so far. Easy set up. Sort of surprised a couple basic features require membership but all in all, it seems pretty good! We'll see how it goes!

Smile is very simple to start and implement, however, the free level will not last as long as you think and the next tier is quite a jump in price monthly. An in between or lower monthly cost would be desireable.

Really nice and user friendly app, also recommends a program based on my store. Maggie from the live chat customer support was very helpful, still need to check how this will work with my customers. It would have been perfect if the text in the launcher can be edited in the free plan though.

Generally the app functionality is good. Only a small percentage of customers actually sign up for Rewards and use it for discounts. One thing I don't like is that in the Discounts section in Shopify, it populates all of the generated discount codes. I wish there was a way to avoid that. Customer service is superb!
