This app has been easy to use. It's all working in the background with no assistance from us and my customers are getting rewarded! I have only had one issue ( and it was not the app's fault) and they sent me instructions to fix it quickly. I am very happy and highly recommend Smile Loyalty and Rewards.

Great communication. Whenever I have a question the team is always available and responds within a reasonable time. I also really just love the app. It is really clean, seamless and easy enough for me and my customers to use. I look forward to adding on my features within the app.

We've been using the app for a while, and as shopify updates this and that, we've run into some issues. The technical support team—Brandon, Lynn, and Angie—helped me understand and fix the issues. I was impressed! The app is awesome—very straightforward and easy to use. Thank you!
