Definitely a "Best of Shopify" in our opinion. This app is OUTSTANDING, and not just because of the user-friendliness, awesome features or great functionality, but also because of the customer service. We've interacted primarily with Elli and Kellen, both of whom are absolute rock stars. They've been incredibly helpful and responsive, which is particularly helpful for new Shopify store owners who are busy trying to launch and grow a business. Elli even helped us design and build this beautiful explainer page :-) https://vegetableandbutcher.com/pages/welcome-to-the-loyalty-program. We highly recommend Sweet Tooth for anyone interested in an app that offers loyalty AND referral marketing, and for anyone who needs integration with both Shopify AND ReCharge. There aren't many apps on the market that integrate with both Shopify and ReCharge for referral marketing. In fact, outside of Sweet Tooth, we couldn't find one...

I love Sweet Tooth and highly recommend it. We tested three loyalty programs and Sweet Tooth was superior in every way especially ease of use for the customer, ease of use at the back-end and robust functionality. We recently did the switch over for the Shopify update and signed up for the webinar to walk us through the process. It was super fast and easy. I was impressed that the co-founder of the company, Steve Deckert, did the webinar and then stayed on the line to answer questions. Awesome App and Awesome Customer Service. Excited that Dragonwing girlgear customers can earn free gear and discounts using Sweet Tooth!

I think the jump from FREE to US$50 per month is too steep. I have 300 people on my program and the FREE version is very limited and causes confusion so I have to upgrade but its a huge price increase. If there was a US $30 pm option for up to 600 members it would be much easier to build slowly.
