Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

Smile has made it easy for my business to reach out to customers about loyalty points they've gained with us without even knowing! It integrates with our POS as well, making using points in-person easy.

Due to the nature of my business, Smiles tiered price structure meant sometimes I'd pay for orders that weren't points-eligible, but upon reaching out to their customer service, Cole was able help me and my somewhat unique situation so I could retain my customer base as is. And in less than 10 minutes!

A great app which is working great for our small UK business, we initially were after a points based system to change from our current discount loyalty reward. We had great initial info from Ben, who was very helpful answering and guiding us on the best plan for our business.
