We've had smile for about 7 years, and we were grandfathered into our plan. Last year we reached out for help and the rep advised us to upgrade to get a specific feature, we did.. but we realize the landing page was not actually functional. We downgraded that same cycle, Once we downgraded I saw that our VIP and many features that we were grandfathered into were gone and they wont let us have it back.
After 7 years im so disappointed in their service.
We've been using Smile.io for a while and have upgraded over time. The features are very useful and the loyalty programme definitely increases our customer retention and sales.
