The smile loyalty ad on on my Shopify store has brought my customers back ! The team helped me through some problems with my DNS and Shopify , they went beyond what they needed to do as it was a issue with my settings but they made sure I was able to understand everything step by step .

The app works well and the support is good. I get frustrated that maintenance happens during South African business hours. We lost a big sale because a customer in store could not use her points while maintenance was being done for 6 hours.

We use Smile for our Sloane Rewards Program at Sloane Fine Tea, and it’s been an excellent experience. The platform is intuitive, easy to manage, and integrates seamlessly with our store.

Our customers love being rewarded for their loyalty (and their love of tea!), and we’re thrilled to be able to give back to our community in such a meaningful way. The Smile team is also fantastic! Responsive, helpful, and great to work with.

We use Smile.io on our Shopify store, and it has been a fantastic addition to our customer experience. The app is easy to use, works smoothly with our site, and helps us reward loyal customers in a simple, professional way.

I recently reached out to support with a question about enabling points on product pages, and Shelby was incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. They made the process effortless and followed up to be sure everything was working correctly.

Great app and even better customer service. Highly recommend!

The Smile team is excellent to work with! They accommodated my small businesses needs which I really appreciate. The program is easy to set up and my customers absolutely love it! Works well between my online store and Shopify POS in store. Makes the process seamless and easy for customers to use. I highly recommend Smile!

not user friendly both for vendor and customers. hard to redeem on POS and pushing you to upgrade to higher plans for easier to use features

I've worked with Shelby the past few days to sort out a kink with Smile.io and our Loop returns and exchanges app. We've been having the issue (because of Loop) that extra points are awarded to the customer upon an exchange, without points from the original order being deducted.

Shelby walked me through what is happening, and worked to created a Shopify flow to solve the issue. The first flow didn't work--but she has continuously helped me work/talk through the issue and has been absolutely amazing in working to find a solution.

When I got stuck, Lisa jumped in and made everything so easy to understand. Her directions were clear and easy to follow, and she went above and beyond by including screenshots of every step. Smile has been great for us! We've been using the app for over a year now (maybe longer?) and I think it's important to support them! Honestly, the features you get for a minimal cost are great and our customers love the features they get! It's very flexible and allows you to setup a variety of plans that your customers will very much love! One more thing - their support has been great for us! They're quick to respond to their chat box and do follow up with requests quickly. These guys are great!
