The Smile team is excellent to work with! They accommodated my small businesses needs which I really appreciate. The program is easy to set up and my customers absolutely love it! Works well between my online store and Shopify POS in store. Makes the process seamless and easy for customers to use. I highly recommend Smile!

Smile has been great for us! We've been using the app for over a year now (maybe longer?) and I think it's important to support them! Honestly, the features you get for a minimal cost are great and our customers love the features they get! It's very flexible and allows you to setup a variety of plans that your customers will very much love! One more thing - their support has been great for us! They're quick to respond to their chat box and do follow up with requests quickly. These guys are great!

Had the best customer support experience with Matt and Lisa. Matt helped me analyze what the problem was and walk me through everything step by step. Even after they followed up the next day to give me an update that everything looked good on their end.

I'll be honest with you, as a small business owner trying to wear a million hats I lost track of just how valuable this program has been for us until recently. We have had a great experience with this reward program and customers also find it pretty easy to understand and use.
