****UPDATED REVIEW**** Smile reached out and their response was so kind and adaptable! They worked with me to find a solution and I really appreciated the level of personalized customer service they provided. They actually read my review and approached me with a potential solution to my problem. Also, I'm shocked that they approached me with a solution to my problem within less than 24 hours of my review!

We have been using the free version of Smile for our online store for years. I'm super disappointed about the changes to paid for 200 orders. Our in store customers, do not use Smile since it's primarily tourists and we don't have time to deal with customer data when we have long lines.

With the current change, I would now need to pay over $200 a month. Our online orders are typically range between 30-100, while we have 2000-5000 a month in store where I don't use a rewards program. I'm now forced to find a different program that's more affordable because I can't imagine paying $1200+ a year for how little we actually use this program.

We have used this app from the beginning. It is very good. The customer service support is excellent. Jade helped me in particular and got several things solved with great patience. I do wish we could customize fonts in the emails and messaging so that it would look completely branded. I hear they are working on that.

Smile.io has helped us establish our custom rewards program and grow our returning customer base. for the past several years. Our customers enjoy using this platform and have grown to know and trust our program. The support team is always helpful and quickly helps us resolve any issues. Smile has always been so flexible for us and allowed us to build the best plan around our needs.

The functionality of Smile has also always met our needs and helped us to increase our CVR.

We switched away from Smile to Rise but quickly found that wasn't the best choice for our platform. Smile allows for much greater customization of our program to meet our needs. We definitely recommend Smile for all of your loyalty needs.

Update, Thank you to Smile for being flexible and working with small business.

*Like many other small businesses here, we're looking for an alternative after the huge price hike. We're not using any of the features of the highest tier plan except the points.*

Smile rewards has been a great addition for my customers for years now. Customer support was also super helpful! We had an issue where the code was disconnected and not showing the launcher. Angie on the CS team responded and fixed it so quickly. Thanks!
