Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Unfortunately, an employee manipulated Smile to obtain free orders. However, the Smile team was incredibly helpful in identifying the employee and the timing and manner of their manipulation of the platform. Their team truly went above and beyond. My only advice to the Smile team is to include account attributions to manual changes in Smile Loyalty points.

I recently ran into some technical issues that originated from my end, and the Smile support team was incredibly helpful in walking me through the steps to troubleshoot everything. They swiftly responded to all my emailed questions and educated me about some features that I needed guidance setting up. Kudos to Lynn, Annalisa and Shelby! You guys rock! Very satisfied customer here.

Smile's support has been phenomenal. They checked back in with me multiple times and made sure that I was taken care of. I love their integration and how much it can do. Smile has been a game changer for us already!

Features are OK but what I really dislike is the display of features on the pages that I do not have access to. Please tell me how this is not deceptive trade practices. If it is not in my plan it should not be clearly visible and I should not be able to access it.
Maybe this is how Smile coerces customers to upgrade - I find it deceptive and annoying because it wastes my time. Change the UX so that only features available on a plan are visible.

Shelby and Analisa went above and beyond to help me get the app to do the very explicit things that I wanted. I use a mix of Shopify sections on the page and the landing page sections Smile offers with the page. It gives me more flexibility to fit my branding. I appreciate their specialized attention and customer service!

The app is very comprehensive and offers a wide range of options and features to choose from. I especially like the email automations that can be set up, as they make managing customer communication much easier than having to go through Klayvjio. Lisa was incredibly helpful and spent several hours walking me through the platform, answering all of my questions in detail. Her support made the onboarding process smooth and easy to understand. Overall, I'm very pleased with the app and the level of customer service provided.

We’ve been using Smile.io for our store, and it has exceeded our expectations. The platform is easy to use, making it simple to launch and manage our loyalty program within a few days. The features are robust and perfectly tailored to meet our store's specific needs. What really sets them apart, though, is their outstanding customer service. We installed this app on both our stores and can honestly say the support team have been incredible. Shout out to Joana and Erin - made it seamless and any issues we had - down to us, not the app - were quickly rectified. The app itself has been great so far - regulars love it and staff have found it easy to sign-up new customers.

We have seen a lot of user activity because of this loyalty program. The customer service is great. When we had configuration questions, they helped us solve problems quickly, clearly and efficiently.
