Excellent customer service, which is so rare these days!! App is super easy to use for both the shop owner as well as the customer. One thing I'd like to point out is that if your store is receiving more than 200 orders per month (which I hope it is), then it's worth the monthly fees to upgrade to the paid level. Love this app!

Our tickets are always resolved quickly and effortlessly! Shelby jumped in right away to help with a customer segmentation issue, making it easy for us to take action.

The customer service of the Smile.io team is such a gold standard! They have really went above and beyond to accommodate my account to really fix all my needs.
