BE AWARE:
I would not recommend this app. I suggest using Klaviyo SMS instead for more reliable performance.
It worked well at first, and SMS delivery was fine. Because of that, I decided to make a large top-up to my balance. After the top-up, my funds appeared to be stuck and messages were no longer sending. I contacted support, and only after reaching out did the SMS start going out but most of them failed.
The ConvertWay is an excellent application for communcating with your customers through Whatsapp & SMS. I have been using TCW since last 3 years and have been able to connect very well with my customers using their campaigns & automation flows. I am particularly impressed by the KAM team of The ConvertWay who are very responsive & supportive for all my queries.
TCW has made a huge difference in our marketing strategy. Their SMS and WhatsApp marketing tools are top-notch, providing us with the ability to reach our customers quickly and effectively. The platform is intuitive, and the analytics provided are detailed and actionable.
