Don't sign up. SCAM. No option to cancel your trial in platform. Emailed support, who made me email a second email address - and then they never responded. Did all this 6 days before my trial ended, and they STILL haven't cancelled my subscription and have charged me the full amount. Expecting a refund
Pathetic customer service. The only work they do is extort money, and they have devised means and ways for extortion. you have to pay them even if you don't use their services. Frauds
The ConvertWay is an excellent application for communcating with your customers through Whatsapp & SMS. I have been using TCW since last 3 years and have been able to connect very well with my customers using their campaigns & automation flows.
