Not help and support, sms not getting delivered form last 3 month and charges are deducted from ac, first they told that issue from BSNL DLT than we have changed changed to the JIO DLT and taken new header, templets approvals, No help , i am the customer since 5 years, they only focus on plan and recharges but not solution.
