I would not recommend this app. I suggest using Klaviyo SMS instead for more reliable performance.
It worked well at first, and SMS delivery was fine. Because of that, I decided to make a large top-up to my balance. After the top-up, my funds appeared to be stuck and messages were no longer sending. I contacted support, and only after reaching out did the SMS start going out but most of them failed.

I used Convert Way for 1.5 years and honestly loved it. Everything just worked, and the support was good.
But for the last two months, it's been awful. The app is full of bugs, and it's costing my business a lot of money.
The worst part? A bug secretly switched my approved "Utility" COD confirmation flow to some random "Marketing" template. I've been overcharged on who-knows-how-many messages, and I only found out by accident.
I told support about this critical issue a MONTH ago. Their final answer? "We can only see 3 months of data." That's no help at all and fixes nothing.
I've completely lost trust in them. I can't use a tool that randomly costs me money and has a support team that won't take responsibility.
PROVIDE REFUND otherwise I will look for a new provider as my yearly plan is near to expiry.
This is the worst app for WhatsApp you can imagine! don't fall into this trap, here is why:
1- Firstly, they don't have an application. Any new notifications from customers will be waiting for you to refresh from the browser, causing delays in customer support.
2- The conversation in WhatsApp browser is extremely glitchy and not automated. Even when you open the browser, you need to keep refreshing.
3- They claimed to be well-integrated with the Judgeme app and capable of sending WhatsApp messages to collect reviews. However, the link they send does not work, and when you contact their support, they are unhelpful.
4- They abruptly changed the pricing for WhatsApp conversations, even though my subscription ends at the end of the month. They suddenly stopped me from accessing my conversations just because they changed their pricing tiers.
5- This app is complete garbage. They have bad customer support.
Pathetic customer service. The only work they do is extort money, and they have devised means and ways for extortion. you have to pay them even if you don't use their services. Frauds
Don't sign up. SCAM. No option to cancel your trial in platform. Emailed support, who made me email a second email address - and then they never responded. Did all this 6 days before my trial ended, and they STILL haven't cancelled my subscription and have charged me the full amount. Expecting a refund
SMS stopped working and I have been waiting for a refund for about a month now, and yet they have not refunded me. I have always had issues with this app.
One of the worst support team . Till the time you board on their platform , all help is there for asking . Thereafter no one bothers to solve your issues . Avoid
Last 1-2 months, our Admin number has stopped receiving messages. This was an indication that our customers are receiving messages without issue. But the credits are being deducted. I sent an email, no response from Support. Poor Support.

I am using this App for my newly launched store. Have bought few messages. It is not sending messages for Order Creation and Order Fulfillment eventhough I have enabled them. But the amount is getting deducted for last 2 days. Update

This problem was rectified by the support team. Now it is working fine. It would be better if there is an option to send personalised messages to a specific customer or any Tag based customisation.

I was using this service since many months, since last 20 days it was not working & my account had 25$ balance, customer complained regarding not receiving SMS, when i tested it was not working but deducting money continuously. I tried email him many times but he ignored to replied hence i come to the conclusion he runs away with our prepaid and all other client balance.
service is no longer available, as he collects advance money for Credit of Sms, he took all and runs away, i will open a shopify dispute now as well.
be aware this app is no longer in service, any payment you made is gone.
This app is full of bugs — feels like there are 100 of them. I couldn’t complete a single action without running into errors at every step. It’s simply unusable.
Customer support? Totally ineffective. It showed as “online” but no one ever responded to my messages. Very frustrating.
Also, you can’t do anything meaningful without the Growth plan. I got it just to try the app properly and... guess what? Even with the paid plan, the app kept throwing errors non-stop.
I asked for a refund — surprise, surprise: they don’t offer refunds at all. So not only do you not get a free trial, but you also lose your money on an app that literally doesn’t work.
My honest recommendation: don’t waste your time or money on this app. It’s just not worth it.
