I am giving 3 stars for the best sneakers collection. but customer service is so bad. I created 30 products but didn't launch yet because printy6 customer service doesn't reply to any questions. i don't know how you can trust this pod service. good products, very easy and nice to use app but worst customer service. i normally dont write any bad comments, i am writing this because maybe they read this and answer our questions. If they they don't get back to us even though they can earn money because we launch their products, how will they get back to us when there is a problem about an order? It's too unprofessional.

i like everything so far. although you should get more mock ups. i would like to use dhl too because its faster and i my customers to have fast shipped products. i give you 10/5 hehe because your giving me what it needed.

Hello there, it's just the beginning of the story for me, for now I can't say a lot, I like the products I find there, that's why I'm looking further. I tried a couple times to create a shoe pattern, and it's not so easy, because you can't zoom and it's hard to be precise if you need to place a design in a specific area, mirror is ok but for text and not regular patterns it's not of any help.
So if you can improve the tools, with a zoom and the possibility to put some line guides it will be very helpful... any way it is not impossible to work with it, but have to tell if for any reason you click on the left mouse button, you'll quit your page and loose your work. There is no saving possibility. Can't talk about product themselves, but it was an easy process to set the all thing, so give a try, and see what happens...

Really nice app ! So far im happy with it, easy integration, quick set up, I hope product quality and shipping times will be okay too.

I used this app recently to create from my own art design a 5 panel wall Art non framed for a customer.
I repeatedly said that the app is not letting me choose shipping address is different from billing address so that my customer wouldn’t get the billing information. Many times the customer service assured me this would not happen. That the artwork would go directly to the customer and they wouldn’t get the bill. Will guess what? The item was sent to me not the customer, which means I had to pay enormous shipping fee to reroute it to the customer. The customer had to wait even longer for their order then what was mentioned in sipping description.

Very bad customer service. Made my business look bad. Won’t be using this app or business ever again
