This App saves me SO much time invoicing. It allows me to spend more time doing income producing activies and/or providing the flexibility to spend more time with my family. I am really impressed with the fact I don't have to go back to previous live shows or picture sales to find items that are claimed. The app does it for me! The only "con" I have at the moment is it captures my picture sale claims inconsistently. With that being said, Joe is going above and beyond to help fix this for me and help it suit my needs. Thank you Joe!

This app has been amazing for my business! Not only does it save me tons of time from manually invoicing, but it helps make sure my customers get the items they want before they sell out. The autobot feature is wonderful in that it gives the customer the options to choose sizing and color/variant without having to search for what sizes are available. The waitlist feature and auto reminder is great too. It definitely saves you from hunting down the customer for payment. Now that this has the group capability, it's so helpful! My girls are loving the ease of use and I am loving the time saved!! My favorite part of the app is that there is no need for your customer to register with another account or site. They simply click the "sold.as" link once, approve comment selling, and you're good to go from there on out. Definitely easier and more customer compliant than other systems! Thanks Joe and the Team! The overlay function is so helpful. Shoppers loved this feature and we received significantly lesser comments asking what the code was. When variants are sold out, it is automatically "striked off" in the overlay option, so we know to move on. [3] WAITLIST
Customers receive an acknowledgement even if item is out of stock. So we tell our customers that no PM = wrong code typed. [4] AFTER SALES
Because the checkout process was so seamlessly integrated with Shopify, 95% of invoices sent during the live were paid and converted. This is the HIGHEST rate we have had after trying more than 3 apps. [5] SUPPORT
Despite a 12 hour time difference, Joe has been providing extremely fast support and clearing the doubts very comprehensively. Thank you!

I am loving this app! It's saved me loads of time. I have heard from my customers that they love the checkout system. My favorite aspect is how all of my inventory is streamlined. I've used it for live sales, as well as for selling during my lives as I've created projects. It makes it so easy to tell customers how to get my products. In addition, it takes people TO my website, which often results in them purchasing additional items. The only thing I am sorry about is that I didn't find this app sooner!

I love this app and what it provides. It makes owning a business easier by giving you an automation that is easy to use. It makes navigating social media a snap because I do Not have to actually post and invoice daily. Sold live does it all for me!

I wish I would have known about the app sooner! Since having the app I have regained my time spent invoicing customers. No More Invoicing!! Now the app does it for me automatically as customers comment their numbers. It's a gamechanger for my business and I'm thankful for the customer service provided by Joe. I had a few hiccups getting started but now that I'm in, no regrets! Get started now.

This app has helped me auto info is for my livestream sales and made it efficient and saves me time processing orders. Only thing I wish I could have control over is adjusting the picture to fit the preview overlay better

A must for facebook lives! This app has been easy for me to set up and use and easy for my shoppers to use. The customer service is AMAZING!!! Joe has been on it! He's helped me set up and use the app, checked in with me along the way with continued support, even met with me virtually to answer any questions I had. Wish all customer service was this good!

I am very new to shopify and SoldLive. I used the overlay feature for the first time and my customers loved it. They loved seeing the number, because many like to shop without the volume on . It was very clean, crisp, and easy to read. I did not use the scanner feature but it was very easy to maneuver to the next item on my laptop.
