I still haven't been able to set up this app. Coupons aren't sent to my email. Totally frustrating, a complete waste of time and money.
Hi, We're sorry this fell short. Coupons not reaching your customers isn't something you should have had to troubleshoot on your own, and we understand the frustration behind your feedback.
Our customer support manager has emailed you directly. If you're open to it, we'll walk through the setup with you and test the coupon delivery end to end, so you can see it working rather than take our word for it.
We're available 24/7 and we don't consider it resolved until your campaign is live and delivering. We're here for you.
This app has been working really well. I scheduled my campaign in advance, and it went live exactly as planned without any issues. The setup was smooth, and everything worked as expected.

Misleading users into installing the free version and then charging extra fees.
We’d like to clarify a few important points for anyone reading this review.
Our app does offer a free subscription plan, but usage-based charges for impressions are clearly outlined inside the app, billing section, and pricing details. You were never charged a recurring subscription fee — all invoices since July 2025 were generated strictly based on actual app usage.
We also see that our customer success team has already been actively communicating with you over email to explain the charges and answer questions. We’re always happy to help clarify billing and usage details, and we genuinely try to keep everything transparent and fair.
As a "Built for Shopify" approved app, we take trust very seriously and continuously work to make both pricing and usage reporting as clear as possible.
