Awesome app so far! It's really easy to set up and customize, and you can even set it up to start automatically! We will see how it goes when it actually starts on the 8th and is scheduled to end at the end of the day on the 9th. Great, so far!

Alan is amazing. He has great customer service skills. He was willing to stick by my side and help me every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable patient and kind. Truthfully, I didn't want any other representative to assist me except for but Alan, but I understand that he has to go home sometime, but yeah, I wish all customer representatives were like Alan.
