Stock Sync has made it simple to import and export products with our East Village vendor and retail partners - highly recommended!
We have had some problems with this app but they have always been resolved quickly! Overall it is a fantastic app and is a total life saver.
After using Syncee the scam app, I was very happy to install and start using this one. Works very well and has many useful features for any store owner that wants to import feeds in any format in to their stores - be it feeds from their own warehouses of that of their suppliers. Very easy to use and works well. Pricing a little on higher side for importing big lists at first run, but its worth it. Unlike other apps I have tried, such as Syncee app (which is absolute junk btw!), this was everything I needed. Well done all!
Excellent app worth every penny I can finally relax knowing my inventory levels are automatically being updated. Perfect when used with drop shipping.
does not always work and bugs are not reported per email
1) last week, not a single stock was updated for 3 days - we have a 6 hour intervall set up
2) You never get any emails about issues
3) They fix the problem but it keeps happening - I have to check manually all feeds each week if there is issues ir not
4) This week 1 feed did not push the correct stock levels into the shop

We really appreciate the review. Regarding your query:
What happens if an item which was out of stock, is on stock again? Does it then go to the spot according to how the collection was programmed?
- When the item is back to In-Stock in the feed file, it will be updated to your Shopify store with the matching SKU.
- If you can elaborate on the issue with the feed name, 3 sample matching SKUs that were NOT updated correctly - we will be able to check in-depth on the issue.
Please check your next invoice, I upgraded twice, I am well within the enterprise plan, why do you want to charge me another 21,80 USD?? This looks odd to me. You cannot charge in the same period a customer three plans!!

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a response to my query which is not allowing my business to function correctly and there is absolutely zero help from Stock Sync.
Installed app two days ago. Contacted support for assistance in setting up an automated file feed. Support was incredibly responsive and immediately jumped in to help. They saved me tons and tons of learning curve time. This is new so I will comment on effectiveness of the app after actual results - but for now - if the app works as well as the support is responsive - I would highly recommend.
I have had this app running now for over a month. Every type of feed I have attempted to setup or have come across, this app has handled with no issues at all. The support is extremely responsive, timely and very helpful. Every time I have contacted support with a question or something I did not understand, they helped me resolve it within one day or less. This app has saved me so much time and automated all of my inventory updates. I strongly, strongly recommend this app and this support team if you are having issues keeping inventory quantities, pricing or other data updated accurately from any suppliers you are using.
Very useful: we use this app to schedule the publication / deactivation of product and schedule the update of quantities automatically. Very kind and helpful customer service.
