I have amended my review to one star to 5 star. The app has a new owner and I have found that the company is not only very responsive but worked with us diligently to fix all of the automatic accessibility issues. I generally hear back from them either immediately or within a few hours.
FINAL UPDATE: We had sent all the screenshots and evidence that our code is not causing the issue and Shopify even clarified that they did not identify our app as the offending party.
UPDATE 4 October 2022: Shopify had replied us and stated to following:
"I only have access to the changelog on this store which does not identify specific code. I reported that I saw this app in the store's changelog which documented 5 changes to this store's theme on September 28th. I do not have access to the specific changes that were made. "
I believe there is a misunderstanding on this issue as Shopify did not identify nor point out any offending codes that were caused by the app. We would like to emphasize again that we had done thorough testing on your store and there was no speed difference even after a clean removal of the codes from your store. Do let us know if you have any further information so we can assist you.

Thank you for your feedback. We had made several attempts to contact Shopify since 30 September 2022 to request for more information regarding their investigation. As of today, they had yet to provide us with any evidence which code is deemed to be the "offending code" apart from "the issue is resolved".
We had done several tests to ensure our code is not causing any issues with the speed of your store. One of the test involve removing the codes entirely from the themes and the performance reflected is the same.
We will update you further once Shopify provided us with more information. Thank you.
This app is easy to maintain and cleanly displays our many distributors. I've found that the developer is quick to respond to questions and issues, which is always appreciated.
This app does exactly what it is designed to fon its very easy to add new stores and we have a global network of retailers who customers can find by simply entering their address and looking for the closest store on the map.
I have had a couple of issues in the past where things have been updated by our theme and by Google and the app has stopped working but support have always been extremely quick to help me and have resolved the problem very quickly every time.
Definitely recommend!
We use this app to help our brides locate their closest bridal store. I have had a great experience with the support team any time I have a question or concern. They are quick to respond have helped me fix any issues.
I have no idea how this installed itself on our store. that was problem number one. At checkout it would prompt the buyer to use coupons that I could only assume it collects from the internet. it was unauthorized, Very janky looking pop up.
All the while disguising itself as a dealer locator? It's most likely malware. Would very much not recommend Installing.
Thank you for your feedback and comment. The prompt will only appear to users on a legacy free plan. Merchants on a paid plan does not contain any ads.
We had sent a few notifications to our merchants about the change 2 weeks before the change. We deeply apologize if our previous emails did not reach you.
Jasper and his team were really responsive when I had an issue with the Google Maps API and one of the locations was not showing. Much faster service than other platforms we spend loads of money on. Highly recommend using them, and very easy platform to use and customize.
This app is quite clunky. It does have good functionality, but the actual process of entering information is extremely inefficient. The app needs some considerable Quality of Life changes:
-ability to set the default number of stores in the admin view. It reverts to 10 stores every time, which is very inconvenient
-after editing a store, it returns to the first 10 stores, and it changes the sort order.
-the sort order needs to have a default setting such as alphabetical or by store number
-the default store hours setting appears to do nothing. I'd assume that it should pre-populate the store locations but it does not
-needs to be integrated into the Shopify admin rather than opening on the developer website
This could be a fantastic app with a bit of work.
Update 2 (15 Dec 2023): We had completed phase 2 of our UIUX overhaul. The app is now more responsive and had undergone a major facelift. We would like to hear your feedback on our new look.
Update 1 (14 September 2023): We had completed phase 1 of our user experience overhaul. The app is now embedded into the Shopify admin panel. We will be making more improvements to the UI/UX in the coming months.

Not only is this app consistent in providing accurate information, the support team is extremely fast to reply with helpful answers! I really appreciated Jasper's assistance resolving a display issue and he got it fixed for me in less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend users to try the free trial to get a feel of this app, and then purchase the monthly subscription as needed. It's worth the money!
