We offer local home delivery, and this app made it seamless to define specific postal codes for eligible delivery areas, which was exactly what we needed. We also use a different app for real-time shipping rates, and with Constantin’s guidance, we easily disabled that setting in this app to avoid any conflicts.

We've been using this app for some time with no issues, and with five store locations offering in-store pickup, it's been a godsend. Recently, Constantin quickly fixed an issue where oversized parcel shipping was overriding the in-store pickup option. He handled it efficiently and without fuss — an absolute delight to work with. We use this on a farm shop site to give customers a click and collect option with a date and time slot for collection from our shop. The ability to set the time required for us to get orders ready for collection and to be able to block out certain days when collections are not possible has been really useful.
If we have encountered any problems with the app or difficulty in migrating it to updated Shopify or theme versions, Constantin's response times have been excellent and glitches have been resolved very quickly.

We have had this app for many years but to my own fault despite it not having the ability to give us exactly what we needed it to, we just put up with it as we only needed it for Christmas time.
With the business developing, we needed it ongoing throughout the year and I was dreading having to get a developer to create a website for us to include everything we needed.
A friend suggested I contact the developer to see if we could get what we already have to work for us before taking this step.
