Amazing team. They help me with all my problem during the setting of my website.

The app breaks every other month, you will need to reach out to support for them to update which will take time (which affects your business). It is as if they push updates to their app without testing end to end. We always request their customer service to update our calendar so the store is open on certain dates, however they never do (even tho they should be able to do on the backend).

Good plugin. Works as it supposed to work. Their technical support is fast and top notch! Really helpful people :)

Useless app. Useless customer service.
If you value your sanity stay far away from this app. App never works properly and the customer care is never online. In today's day & age 24/7 support is critical.

There is some misunderstanding because of the email connection issue. The CS is polite and responsible.
In terms of usage, there are two problems pending fix:
1. The app can't function when when checkout 2. The discount code function is disabled because of the app We hope to find solutions soon

Useful app, easy to set up, I use it for my store to organize local delivery of my products. Many options to choose from to customize the delivery experience. The customer service is great, with a team always available for any request or problem.

THis is a great addition to your website for the easy pickup allocations in terms of the times and dates. It makes online orders so much easier to manage. This app has been exactly what we wanted to with our 27 stores! Had one small issue with our theme and it was fixed in a proper timely manner.

The app works very well for the needs of our website and we are very happy with it! We had an issue recently where a delivery date wasn't showing up for one of our orders (not at the fault of Secomapp) and Tommy fixed the issue for us and explained what was fixed and explained other possible reasons for the problem (that are beyond our control). Great app; We have been using this app for a couple months to manage our customers expectations when it comes to lead time. Some of our products are baked once the order comes in and this app has helped immensely. It also allowed us to easily set-up a delivery radius for local delivery One issue i had with the app is that when inputting allowed postcodes you have to input individual postcodes i.e EN4 3RD but could not just input EN4 and allow for postcodes with this string match. Because of this we didn't use this feature (which was preferred) and instead used the radius.

The user interface can be more refined.. BUT it does what it says it does. Has all the options I need for my business. May not work for some themes and there could be some trial and error to get things to work but if you would just contact support, they would get someone to look into it to make it fit your site. 5 stars for amazing and responsive service which is really the most important part of any business in today's world, really. Thanks Tommy and team!

Used this app for our collection and drop off services for our repair shop. App is very customisable which was good for us as there wasn't a perfect app for what we wanted.

Quick turn-around and fixed exactly the way I needed it to be. I only gave 4 starts because I wasn't communicated with (in a timely manner) that the fix was done.

We needed an app that was easy to use for our pickup and local delivery option. We originally went with a different app that did not meet our needs when it came to customers selecting pickup order. At first when we downloaded this app it was kind of confusing with all the different tabs, but it got easier as we played with it. It synced very well with our theme and we didn’t come across any issue on our website. One thing I would like to see is the option of blocking certain time on a specific date. We’re a small business and sometime we have to run errands for a few hours and we just need to blockout time, not the whole day. The support team was prompt on emailing back with a code to change the pickup time to regular (am/pm) instead of military for our order confirmation email. Overall, we are happy with the app and recommend it!

Useful app to have if you need date/time scheduling and store pickup options. Took some time to set up properly. Had some layout issues on the cart page and support was quick to help solve the issues. Very helpful and responsive support.

This app has been working very well for us! With any questions, they have been very quick to help us.

I use this app to let my customers choose a date for pickup/delivery from multiple physical stores we run. The app allows my customers to pick the date, time and which outlet they would like to pick up from. It also allows me to customise the differing hours for each shop. I ran into some problems when adding delivery rates but Sterling quickly solved the situation for me. He was very patient and understood my position as well as being very prompt. Thanks Sterling!
