ReCharge is great. What's even better is their customer support when you run into an issue. Isidora had a solution for every problem I brought to her. If there wasn't a solution, she forwarded it on as a suggestion to the product team. Definitely appreciate the level of support for an integrated app like ReCharge.
Customer service has been super attentive and helpful, they communicated almost in real time to help us through a complex subscription plan setup. Highly recommended.
We have been using this app for more than a year now and are very happy with it. When you need support, provide as much information as you can. The first rep we encountered wasn't as knowledgeable but another rep stepped in and provided a solution.
