I uninstalled after 1 day and still dealing with trying to get my store back to how it was. I was very excited to get this installed & integrate with Zipify OCU. But, that quickly turned into a terrible customer service experience. Customer support offers No telephone support - a must for ecommerce business owners - long drawn out email threads just don't work. Customer support was vague and could not answer specific technical questions about the installation of their app by itself or the Zipify OCU integration. 1 phone call with a knowledgeable Recharge engineer would have answered my questions and gotten me up & running.

Im not sure why the last 2 reviews had support issues. Yes they dont respond in an hour but they also respond daily. The way to always out come this problem is to be very detailed with our support questions. in fact me too, sometimes i would just write one sentence and expect a huge answer, sometimes when we are frustrated we as customer just dont write enough. Moving forward, I like this app and like its platform. Support responded in 24 hours which is 1 business day in my book.
Best subscription app around, making it easier to retain customers, and they provide excellent support.
