We want to use this app to offer our customers subscriptions for our products. I had a problem with the app and the very nice support helped me really quick to solve the problem! I can totally recommend this app. Its easy to use and you have a very good support for questions and problems!

I've worked with several subscription apps including Bold Subscriptions and WooCommerce Subscriptions. However, Appstle distinctly rises above the rest in terms of technology and customer service.

With Bold, I managed migrations from V1 to V2 and handled thousands of subscribers. Despite the volume, I found the process somewhat cumbersome. But with Appstle, the experience has been vastly smoother.

I did stumble upon an issue with Appstle where pages with the subscription widget had an automatic URL extension. Anyone versed in SEO knows the implications of such a glitch. Yet, after reaching out to Appstle, their efficient team sorted it out in just two days, ensuring everything ran perfectly again.

In a nutshell, when looking at Shopify, Appstle is clearly leading the pack in the subscription app space. Its performance and support are leagues ahead of Bold, making it my top choice.

As a real lay person to IT the user interface I prefer to other competitors as it is very clear and straightforward!
Have just had my first experience with the customer service team and they were prompt in their response and directed me to the solution necessary. 5 star! Would recommend.

Excellent support. Muhammad stayed with me for 1.5 hours to fix an issue we experienced, was knowledgeable and fixed the issue. App working now. Very hard to find support like this nowadays. thank you guys so much!

This app is phenomenal, easily worth the cash monthly. But let me tell you where the REAL shine is here. I have had 3 questions regarding setting up different functions with this app. The Customer Service is easily 10/10 stars. Amazing help, friendly and very knowledgeable!

Our team has chosen this app based on the customer reviews and information and so far we are more than happy with our choice. The customer service team is the best!! They literally helped us set up everything and made it very easy! Also, they are always super helpful whenever we have questions and they provide solutions right away!

We are a small online business and installed this app to help us expand our offering to customers. The app was well-laid but I ran into some challenges given my lack of knowledge. Contacted customer service and Kehanvi walked me through everything. So patient and professional. If you need a subscription service I recommend these guys they understand startups.

Appstle is not user friendly at all and has very little direction to set up a recurring subscription. I followed the tutorial that was sent to me by support and it still charged my customers everyday for three days after they subscribed to my monthly subscription. I highly do not recommend

Dear Merchant,

I am the CTO of Appstle. I am sorry you had less than stellar experience with us. I have personally checked your store subscriptions. You had set the recurring order frequency for them as 1 day. By the time you changed the frequency to 1 Month, 3 subscription orders were already placed by your customers. Hence, the system place recurring orders for those subscriptions.
