I apologize for saying this, but their app has proven unreliable due to recurring errors. I’ve recorded videos of the issue multiple times and sent them to their support team, only to receive responses like, “This problem has been resolved,” when in fact, it hasn’t been fixed. This has happened repeatedly, and I’m quite disappointed by the wasted time.

Specifically, the app is implemented in the cart drawer, but when a gift message is entered and the customer proceeds to checkout, part of the message entered toward the end doesn’t get saved and remains incomplete. Additionally, the saved message cannot be reviewed on the checkout page, so customers might proceed without noticing the issue.

I leave this review hoping that the poor quality of support will become more attentive and serious moving forward.

Just installed this on the PAYG model - which is great for us because we're so small right now.
Really easy and intuitive to configure. I had a small issue (user error), fired off an email and got a response in minutes that resolved my issue. Faultless. Good work guys.

It does not have a free plan, contrary to what the Shopify App Store listing says. It only has 7 day free trials on paid plans. Don't waste your time installing if you need a free plan.
