Good reward system to start with. Some issues with display pop up, not quiet upto the mark
very clear customer service and they reply swiftly with guide. Recommended to you and hope I can get more familiar soon.
Swell is just that! Swell! It gives me the ease of "Brand Ambassadors" without having to pay them or work them into payroll! It's a SPECTACULAR App that EVERYONE needs on their store. I mean, Everyone that wants to be successful!

So far, it's been significantly better than the loyalty and referral app we were using prior. While the initial onboarding process was disjointed because our rep was leaving, the Yotpo team quickly found a replacement and helped with every step of the onboarding and making sure our programs (and email flows within Klaviyo) were set up optimally. Special shoutout to Angelo who helped checked every detail of our program and got us optimized!
