Swell is the perfect rewards app. It is so easy to use yet the benefits are endless. It gives my customers an excuse to continue to shop with me and also encourages their friends and family to do the same. I would highly recommend Swell to all of my friends.

Their entry level loyalty package allows you to at least get started until you can afford the Gold package and have the Loyalty Page, VIP and other nice features for your customers. Edilyn B was very helpful in assisting us to set up the module to show on our store and for it to work perfectly. Thank you so much.

Maybe if I leave a bad review, someone will finally reach out to us to help with installation questions? No contact/chat options anywhere. Not integrating anything that doesn't work properly and the interphase is not intuitive.

The potential for the app seems nice but it currently feels spammy and convoluted.

So far so good, I'm not great with computers so I'm slowly working my way through it and not sure if I have it all correct yet but I can see how this would benefit my business. I will hopefully get in touch with their support soon
