Support is super quick and efficient once you install app. Even though I had a customized theme they were able to place the wishlist button where I wanted it without leaving me to figure it out. So far we love the app and the Wishlist is super easy to use for both customers and our clinic/spa. Definitely recommend!

At the time of this review they have 1540+ reviews and 5 star. It's for a reason. The app works well, nice UX/UI and great support. Great app for us. Our inventory sells out and customers want to know when they're back in stock. This app cuts down on all the phone calls and emails from customers. Big time saver.

I had an issue where my wishlist button was not working. I sent in a support ticket and got a reply within 30 minutes saying the issue was fixed! I was so excited and so thankful that there still is customer service like this out there!

Awesome app, very practical and the customer support is amazing!
The location feature is the best. Depending on the customer's location the currency changes. Very convenient.

Seems like a great app, I'm currently using the free version and so far so good. Depending how well it does in the store, I definitely will be looking to upgrade to one of the paid plans. Also customer service is speedy and helpful!

The most important variable in how much a piece of technology is or isn't going to be helpful to you in your business is not only the problem that it solves, but also how responsive the support is. Without support, no matter how perfect the piece of technology is, when you run into problems, and you are bound to run into them, the team behind it is everything.
