Using this app to sync our E-Commerce stores with QBO. The customer support has been very very helpful. So far very pleased with the app.
There's a lot of Xero to Shopify apps, lots of them with limited or overly expensive functionality. Synder are stand out so far especially with regards to their customer service. I got Andrew on a chat and rather than direct me to 'help articles' - he carefully explained and problem solved all of the technical issues I was facing. This is the difference that will get me to subscribe to a service that actually solves my challenges. Fantastic so far. Highly recommend.
The app helps a lot with seamless workflow integration. Once you are done with the initial set-up (e.g. linking your platforms where Snyder's customer service is top notch support), everything is just automated - a true time saver!
I chose to go with Synder for one of my eCommerce clients. I am so glad I did. Liza Nikanovich is part of the support team at Synder and she helped me with the integration of QBO, Shopify & PayPal. Liza is professional, thorough, detailed, and a real pleasure to work with. When running into issues during the integration, Liza solved them. I could not have done it successfully without her help. I am a QBO user. Today was my 1st day using Synder. I chatted with Andrew today who was very patient while helping navigate through Synder. He was very helpful. I have a lot to learn, but if the customer service continues to be this good, I am sure I will learn a lot.
Synder is the best sync system I've found for ecommerce sales data. Simplifies and automates the whole process, and their customer service is great (especially Lizzie, thank you!)
The service from the customer support time is great. Keith especially has been an amazing help!
As for the app, processing times are quite long and quite pricey for high transaction businesses. Also, some key functionality is blocked until you have spoken to their onboarding them which adds further delays if you are trying to get it set up quickly.
Thoroughly satisfied with this app so far. It completely simplifies my bookkeeping. Seems to be reliable so far in importing all of my Shopify and Paypal sales (multiple currencies). Am yet to delve deep into all of the functionality it can offer but so far so good. Customer service is very responsive and helpful.
This app has been a HUGE timesaver. The ability to bring over all of the transactions from Shopify and Amazon has saved me a ton of time, and the personalization options within the app make this process so much easier.
I also had a great initial introduction/setup call with Helen from support. Huge fan of this app so far.
