We received a Digital Millennium Copyright Act takedown notice from a theme developer claiming that your Shopify store, xxxxxxxx is using an unlicensed version of the following theme:

Sustainable and Regularly Updated
I've been using the Turbo theme for years, and I couldn’t imagine switching to another theme for 3 main reasons:
- Proven Longevity: Turbo has been around for years, which ensures its sustainability. (It’s tempting to go for flashy themes that seem impressive at first glance, but it’s a trap. If they’re developed by a couple of guys working out of a tiny studio, they often disappear or move on after six months or a year, leaving the theme outdated with no further updates...).
- Always Up-to-Date: Turbo is updated promptly to stay compatible with Shopify’s latest features and updates.
- Responsive Support: Their support team is incredibly responsive and solves any technical customization issues efficiently.

Support is great, very responsive.
Slight issue is everytime I update the theme i have to check all the theme customisations. Can take while to figure out, even though I have ticked the maintain theme customisations.

Update to answer:
For those who read the response: This in every way incorrect.
Our custom code is not slowing down our theme. That is not the issue and our correspondance have been on the same ticket all alone, which has been replied by us continuously. The app has been of no use, please do not disregard your responsibility by making it seem the fault us on us.
Downloaded the app to carry over some customs codes (page speed improvements only). The updated theme version didn't even carry over our photos and contacted support.
After weeks of requesting updates, finally they reported the issue was fixed and all possible content was carried over.
What they did not mention (or may not have checked) was the fact that the updated theme was not functional, even the cart did not work and you could not place an order along with other major errors.
I was OK to waive the custom codes and just proceed with a standard carry over, but their solution was to hire Storetasker.
I am so disappointed and frustrated of having to wait weeks and finally be referred to a more expensive solution. I can't even proceed with the standard theme unless I hire Storetasker. In addition our Google Traffic is down by almost 50%!
As soon as possible we will migrate to a different theme by a different developer.
If I could I would give 0 starts!

This app is a lifesaver, it’s saved me hundreds as I normally have to pay someone to bring over my changes and this can take days. I had a small issue and Leo sorted it the same day and even helped me research something which he really didn’t have to.

The app updates the themes okay, but there is so little transparency or customer input on what the theme updates are going to be. There's no way to upvote features or make suggestions. And the customer service just sucks. If you ask for help with a problem, like the fact that their theme doesn't support Google Review Rich Snippets, they tell you to hire a custom coder to fix their theme. A suggestion box would be so much more gratifying. I don't always need an instant fix, but I'd like to know what kind of improvements they want to make in the future.

This app works great for everything it's supposed to do. Something to know for anyone with a vintage theme is that one click updates are not available for any themes that haven't been updated since before the Shopify 2.0 update. I was hoping that at least some of the assets from my shop would be able to be carried over in the update but I am having to recreate the pages manually. If you have been keeping up with updates on your shop or you don't use a vintage theme this shouldn't be a problem.

The Vintage to OS 2.0 update is due to Shopify's mandate and adjustments to the theme's file structures, and is a one time, manual process. Once a shop is past this threshold, the Theme Updater will be able to handle future updates, and we also recommend that a theme is OS 2.0 when using the app, just to ensure that the update is smoother!

I had a problem with the backup section of the app and Corey from Out of the Sandbox got the issue addressed right away. That said, it has been the only time their support addressed something right away. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
