Excellent interface and options. The dahsboard looks clean and easy to operate. I really like that everything is highly customizable, which is a great feature. Fantastic support by the developers. I am very pleased with everything so far!

It is pretty nice to have everything in one place. They kind of got me an email for my website and I'm adding everything else to be able to see messages together. And I now know that I can chat with my customer.

A fabulous app for the new entrepreneur, or seasoned professional! Tidio Live Chat has so many features to bring to your Shopify store, that increase customer engagement and satisfaction. Automations and tracking come ready to use in the clean, modern and intuitive free plan. The control panel is a breeze to navigate, and makes it surprisingly satisfying to interact with it. Overall, the free plan works well for me, and I am certain it can bring the same ease, effectiveness and professionalism to your online store, as it brought to mine!

This is really a good app for managing customer support. There are many free features of this app that are helpful for merchants. Planning to make a review video on this app.

I just started using Tidio Live Chat on my Shopify site Five Frenchies...so far I really like it. Was very easy to setup and I think when your on a website and see you can have live help it makes people feel like someone is there for you.

I think Tidio's a great app, its easy to use and very convenient as they've made it possible to connect Facebook messenger and Instagram direct to the app. Kate from the support team was quick to respond and was very helpful.

Good chat app that needs a lot of refining done. Some issues I had are below

-admin counts as a seat even if they never respond to customer chats
-email ticketing aren't the most user friendly thing for customers
-It cost a monthly payment to remove branding
-The notifications for the chats is quiet and a single sound making them easy to miss
-Permissions are broken allowing staff to delete tickets without permission
-No ability to export tickets/chats making it hard to migrate away
-No way to enforce security settings on agent account

LOVE THIS APP, love how u can integrate it on the phone and mac app so you never miss a message.. can also hook it up with email and fb messanger.. all while is 100% free ? WOW .
