The Tidio Chat app is good and I can recommend to anyone.
Such a great app! Way better than one of those Facebook messenger apps I've tried. This looks and works very professionally and also has a mobile and desktop app so you can interact easily.
Extremely easy to install, very nice and clean app. Works like a charm and their own customer service chat is fast and friendly.
These guys have amazing Customer service, something which is my first priority for choosing and keeping an app on my shopify store.
I'm so sorry to see your review :( We do have a forever-free plan, and you don't have to pay for anything. The number of chats you can have is unlimited both in the free and paid version. We do limit the number of unique visitors your chatbot can engage with. Is there anything else that upset you? I have reached out via email to learn more. Olek from Tidio.
5 star i highly recommend it the developer did a great job my online store. now it look so professional and the conversion rate is high. so guys download this app immediately. the app is friendly user i set it up with no problem unlike the other platform i use before.

Please don't use this app. The developers release new features without notifying their paying customers of changes that they are making. One of the most recent changes led to all of our automation chat bots to no longer accurately work. They did before the update was introduced. The team at Tidio first lied about having released an update by saying: we didn't release any updates. They then went back on their own word, finally admitted they released an update. Updates in our opinion should be made to improve the customer experience. However, the update has caused nothing but problems and is not working reliably at all. Their team showed little enthusiasm to help. Conversations between chat bots and customers are no longer visible / accessible meaning you are using a feature without knowing or having any control over whether it works or not. Very poor experience
