We were looking for a best in class chat app to communicate with customers so Tidio came to our attention - But Hey, we've discovered we can do so much more for customer service & engagement with predefined & editable bots. Looking forward to developing our own customer-friendly AI functionality to stay lean & efficient - and of course customer friendly. So far delighted with Tidio, their help ...and really simple to understand videos. Peter

Chat System Tidio created is one of the best App i have come across and the best part is their customer service. When I needed help, I just started chatting with their customer service. Their customer service will explain you in detail and help you to full extend to make sure this App is working to your satisfaction. Today one of the customer service person name Rafal stayed on chat till the installed all the scripts that I needed and he checked it on his side to make sure it worked. In short..... Great product packaged with great customer service.
Have used this app for almost 2 years and its pretty much flawless! It was my ultimate solution to solve my customer's doubts whereever I go whatever the time. I can resolve the issues from my phone wherever I am. Its extremely easy and smooth and I haven't had any issues till date. i have tried many live chats out there but this i must say this has the best user experience and very simple dashboard.
I had a problem with the installation and the team did everything they can to solve it and indeed they did. Fantastic support and fantastic app. There is no other free app that offers this level of service.
Facebook offers live chat but its restricted to facebook users only. then you get the other ones that claim to be free and you install it and find it out its not free and restricted to a number of chats. This app really broadens the whole scope and they even have automated messages for users that enter a site and leave the site. Well done developers.
