i used this app previously then i removed it thinking it was expensive BUT after trying other apps there is no Chatbot app on Shopify with thos qualities and pricing it is the best chatbot app to go for plus the customer support is instant and excellent they deservge a five star review

Doesn’t work. Been testing for a week. Messages don’t come through. And their chat support is useless. Kindly funny. The app they offer doesn’t even work for their support. Customer service is HUGE for us. They can even get us up and running.
I'm so sorry to hear that - the issue is caused by two chats being installed at the same time. One was added via the Shopify plugin, while the other one was installed manually using the JavaScript code. I've sent you an email from olek@tidio.net to coordinate next steps - it shouldn't take more than five minutes to fix.
Started a trial and so far it looks pretty amazing.
I'll also try later the Standard plan to see if we can live without some of the features. But for someone who has enough manpower to use everything this app has to offer, it could be a great addition.

I would give 5 stars but I have only JUST installed the app and have yet to fully utilize it...I was having trouble uploading the app to my page and Martin in Tech/Customer Service immediately responded and was a HUGE help! :)
Awesome software, easy to manage. And the customer service is swift. Had an issue at 4am, and it was resolved BEFORE 4:45am....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I really like this app.. I really like the option to hide the chat icon on the Mobile version and the additional features like chatbots, Email & Messenger integrations are very good. I would really love to see if they can integrate text messaging into this either intergrating with text providers like textline or some other alternatives..
