App is very easy to set up and use. Easily customizable and great functionality. When I had issues installing the app, Sara from the support team helped me out immensely! 5 stars for the support team alone, and another 5 for the app if I could!

¡This is definitely a magic thing! Despite of my store being recognized as one of the top 20 Shopify Stores on traffic (compared with stores that opened the same week I did), I have been struggling to convert traffic into sales since 3 months ago.

I installed the app, configured 1 Bot and immediately started selling!

I've just started using this app and it hasn't disappointed me! I use it to give out discounts to new visitors and help my customers with any queries they have. The Tidio team is also very helpful when I came across problems with my automation and bots. Although, some of the nodes and info that's already provided is sometimes confusing, the team made sure I understood what it is that I needed to do and made sure that all my queries were solved and understood! They're always a click away! Definitely would recommend this service to anyone looking to use live chat on their site.

This app has been crafted with love and care. Great all around, many useful features and customisations and great modern look.
Gets pricey quickly when wanting to use all of its features, but they are well made, super easy and intuitive to use and the app has excellent instant support so depending on the business in can absolutely be worth it and is justified by its quality.

-1 Star as it would be fair if the Tidio branding could be removed for the paid for versions, considering the price.

Otherwise as far as I can tell the best live chat app currently out there. Would happily recommend to anyone!

Awesome customer service. Agent was very nice and helpful. So far I am liking the Tidio app. It's very easy to set up and use for my online store.

Great solution... for the money... even better! Compared many other options - ranging from 2-50K a month - minimal differences.

I wish i could give it a 5 star.. we have no ideal when customers are needing assistance.. they are leaving messages that are no where to be find on email or app. How do we interact with customers.. there must beca different version everyone is using. I linked messager to see their concern but nothing is coming through.
