Tidio has been the best chat app that I've used in a long time, and I think I've tried them all!
Their support is great for getting things started and the widget is highly customizable.

I highly recommend Tidio to anyone in need of a chat app.

HATS OFF! This is ridiculously amazing! I have been using the app for like days but I can not understand why this app is that great! I’m talking about the free features only. I dont know how and why on earth one app can be so USEFUL and HELPFUL like... guys I’m out of words. I can not stress enough how great the app and features is. Again, hats off for the best application E V E R!!!!!!!!

I have a question please about the chatbots monthly limit: Are the chatbots counted only if the visitor interacted and responded the chatbot or for each every user who receives the message?

A single "use" of a chatbot is essentially a single time a chatbot is activated. For example, if you have the "Welcome new visitors" bot, it is activated (used) for every single new visitor who enters your site. You can also have different types of bots, e.g. bots that get activated only on specific pages, or when the visitor returns to the site, or when an operator (like you or me) does not respond within some time.

Please remember that Tidio is free forever by default - the paid plans are optional and expand the features of your Tidio account. We have two upgrades: Communicator and Chatbots, and you can purchase one of them or both if you prefer. You can see detailed information about our pricing and current options under this link:

Im suprisingly very happy with this app. I feel it offers a lot more than expected especially given im still just on the free plan being a start up. a) the live chat button can be customised to look pretty good
b) it notifies you whenever you have a visitor c) you can download a mobile app, so you can check whose visiting and have live chats with customers in the palm of your hand
d) and the best most unexpected feature is that you can see which pages your customers are looking at. really pleased.

Unfortunately app was very confusing to setup. Since i already done the the free trial couple years ago i decided to pay the full plan, almost $50 dollars /month. I wanted to start a new chat, from zero but customer support was confusing. different answers every time i talked to someone. so i decided to cancel and because the app didnt have features i needed and was confusing, so i had to cancel it. Dominika from customer support promised me that I was going to receive full refund (tried to make the app work for 5 days and no success). Its been over 2 months , sent her few emails and no response. I will have to call my credit card to get money back, unfortunately i do not recommend this app to anyone.

Even though I'm uninstalling this app, I thought of coming here and leaving a positive and constructive review for others. Tidio looks great on the website, it's very customizable and their chat bots are super easy to set up. Conversions were great too, I would highly recommend it for the reasons above. Unfortunately for me, I just realize that Facebook messenger ONLY was better for my website, which isn't offered on Tidio.

Had a problem with the app. Its 12:18am right now. Many other people don't reply at this time they show up their hours available only. Martin actually took time & Help me Understand why the app wasn't showing up on my site and a problem with messenger. Not only that compare to other apps. I love people can send me a message from my site & I'll get an actual text notification alerting me not only that I can contact them from my phone using I guess the tidio app without having to log in. This make it super convenient. Give this app a try you won't regret it. I try others apps and this been the best one for me.
