The option to have both a free or paid membership is fantastic. You can get this app to suit your individual site needs. The availability of chat on your phone is a great feature. Out of the office? Doesn't matter you can respond to customer inquiries on the move. Easy integration it was up and running in seconds and was easy to get the hang of.
This app is amazing! The modern live chat box looks unreal on my website! My customers are more likely to give feedback or reach out with the chat rather than the typical contact us now page!

Been using the App for several months now and without a doubt, one of the best chat Apps out there. I can engage with potential clients and direct them to the proper page as well as answer any queries they may have. My only issue and its a small one is that I am unable to see who is visiting my site after store hours. If they could fix this it would be even a better App! Solid since you can run it from any device - people can ask anything all day and creates a sense of trust that other websites don't have. The design makes it so it;s impossible to not have it match your theme. Highly recommend.
