This app is great, does exactly what I need it to do without over complicating things and the integration with the phone app to take chats on the go is excellent! Shout out to Arek for also helping me out with some account troubleshooting, your customer service was impeccable!

The perfect chat option for my soap company! We love it and couldn't ask for a better chat option for the price! FANTASTIC support too!! They have always been available to help no matter the hour of the day or night.

I love Tidio Chat. I use it on two different stores, and couldn't be happier with the product, customizable features, and the customer service of the staff running the app.

I do however have a request that there be an integration made between Tidio and Slack. That would be amazing, seriously!

I had a bad experience with Tidio. Lost days to try to solve email forwarding and domain problem not completely solved so at the end I give up! The guys from the customer service are nice I think a "customer service app" should have personnel from customer support available 24/7. Lucky that store was not running yet!
Sorry guys, tell the owner/s to invest some more on improving this app which could be a nice app!

This app has been extremely easy to use, not only for myself but my customers. I love the option to be able to use it on the computer as well as through the app. That makes it very easily accessible in the office or on the go. There have been a couple of times I had questions about a unique situation, and the customer service reps were VERY helpful. I highly recommend Tidio!
