The support staff is ready and willing to help with all your concerns. And I have seen this application in action on a couple of other shopify stores out there and it’s looks professional and good. They also offer flexibility in terms of plans and pricing. The only issue for me was that the application appeared to have a glitch but it turns out I just needed to clear the browser. Support explained it to me, thanks.

I'm really sad to see that you are not fully satisfied with our app. Sometimes the old settings appear because your browser saves the old settings to make your website load faster (browser cache). I have not really had a chance to try this out yet, but the support staff has been Fantastic! I think this will be a huge plus on my site once I get everything set up and rolling.

Features I needed said updgrade plan or contact us. I did both and still nothing could not access the features. The order tracking did not work at all. Lyro was giving random information that did not match anything it was given even though it was given 30 manual questions and answers and the links to FAQ and more.

So far so good. The support staff was immediately available to answer questions and we're now set up and ready to go!
Great app...had it installed on my site for less than a week and I ended up getting a $700 sale directly because of a chat I had with a potential customer using Tidio. The iPhone app works amazing too and is great for busy business owners who want to provide excellent customer service, but can't be at a desktop computer all day.
