VERY happy with this app! The free version has everything I need, it's simple to use & understand, and it works perfectly. Customer service is top notch. So glad I ditched Tawk.to!

Amazing app! Really easy to setup and very intuitive. I was able to chat (of course!) with Tidio and they were able to answer my questions and guide me in the right direction with further customizations I wanted. Highly recommend it.

Blocks the checkout button on ajax cart. loss of sales incurred. make sure to test your checkout before leaving it to run.

Good app but unfair pricing. pricing is different for live chat and bot. not only that they only send 1000 bot notifications each month on that plan. I get 1000 visitors like every 3 days. so I will be spending all my profits to keep the bot plan running. This really is not fair.

The Chatbots are not obligatory, you can turn them off and use the live chat feature which is not limited at all on the free of charge basic plan. We've designed our product and pricing in a way to help the businesses scale without spending much (or anything) upfront. Easy to use, looks great, very customizable. Bots can be super customized with extreme ease. We've used a bunch of chat apps. Tidio is by far the best on the market.

Their customer service is super quick to respond and solve problems accurately and quickly. I installed this plug-in for each of my stores, which is super easy to use and helpful for my transformation.
