Great app, great customer service. Would recommend to anyone wanting a multi chat solution without breaking the bank.
We use Tidio and have for about 5 months now and we love it. We have it installed on two websites. The customer service is great. They have taken care of our questions and I like the fact that they have a browser and app version of the support portal. Also it's very reasonable.

Great idea, doesn't work on mobile well. They have a few more things to fix, maybe instant sms messages sent to the phone of shop owners because when you see the message and click the notification to go to the app the message doesn't show up instantly.
I am using Tidio Chatbot in my shopify website and it is a very cool chat application. The thing I like most about Tidio is I can answer to chat messages from my customers through mobile app which is so convinient.

Tidio is really good, we've tested a few applications in the past, but we found it was fairly streamlined. We have a lot of CS support needed for our brand, so Tidio was a fantastic addition.

Not working, can't see any active users outside my local network even if I have purchased the pro version. Very unhappy.
Follow up: the developer contact us for the issue. Although the piece of software is not working for now but the customer support is excellent.
