My issue was not resolved. I was told in the email that through email they will be able to help me out but after I replied no response from them. My developer was using Tidio before that is the reason why it was showing the old account (I got no access to that). There were no response so I had to delete this app from my store.

VERY impressed with this app. The versatility is amazing, and the desktop and mobile apps make is so easy to stay in touch with our customers in the office and on the go. Kamil was incredibly helpful - the customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend this for your online store.

Really enjoying this chat app. Very easy to manage more than one chat at a time. Excellent support. Love the mobile app. Great look on screen. I look forward to more robust visitor info.

We use Tidio and have for about 5 months now and we love it. We have it installed on two websites. The customer service is great. They have taken care of our questions and I like the fact that they have a browser and app version of the support portal. Also it's very reasonable.
