Customer service seems to be their number one priority, i was doing some maintenance on my store and a little chat window popped up "i noticed you gave our app 2 stars, are you having problems with anything? how can i help?" i gave the app 2 stars because i didn't really think about it, i was in a rush to do other things. but after thinking it over again i think this app is one of the best because they care about their customers, even the ones using the free version of their app like me!
The app has very simple and elegant design. It by far one of the best additions to our store. There are so many ways to customize functionality to fit your needs. Also the mobile app is fully featured (we run a lot of your business from our phones). We were missing notifications on competitive platforms. The customer support is crazy good. I mean stupid good. I really wish that you could get this kind of responsiveness and knowledge from my other vendors. Thank you TIDO for all that you do!!!!
One of the best apps on Shopify. Very easy to setup, many customization options and great customer support. Highly recommend it to anyone.

Very easy to use. Free version only allows one chat at a time. No issue for our low volume business. iOS app is great!
The Tidio Chat system has been great for our website, https://geojango.com Customers like the ability to instantly reach out about questions and we can quickly reach back to help in quickly closing a sale. The staff at Tidio has always been quick to help with questions. We are super pleased and recommend their app! We also like the way that we can add animated gifs in the chat and customize the colors. The workflows have been awesome! We figured out a way to block chats from locations that we are unable to service. That has been a great time saver. Just wish we could 'ban a visitor' very quickly. Currently, we have to dive into the Visitor Details 3 layers deep to ban someone that is trying to spam us. Hopefully, this will be available soon, otherwise all else is great!!!

Wonderful app. I never have a problem selling to people I can speak with, and Tidio lets me get in touch with live viewers. Very customizable and easy to use. Android app is pretty great as well, but I didn't notice a way to go full offline on all devices via the mobile app. Would love that feature.

Great chat app. I have tried a few and had loads of glitches. This one works seamlessly, the support team are really responsive and helpful, and theres lots of easy suggestions for things you can do to increase sales. Of course, just being able to chat to them in real-time is the best sales method of all! Thanks Tidio!
