I use this app on my store multiple times a day! Great functionality - you pay for what you want to use! Customer service is great - you can chat with a real person and get your questions answered quickly!

We love this app. My customers use it all the time. It notifies us within a minute that someone is online. It sends us daily reports just in case we missed someone. It is easy to set up, and easy to maintain. If I had one request, it would be to change the alert sounds. I am usually surrounded by machinery and several computers, and sometimes miss the incoming chats due to this dull alert tone. Otherwise I thank you for a fantastic app.

So far it's worked great for us! We even switched over our other website to Tidio because we're able to manage everything in one place. Love it! Their support team is second to none. Very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
