We just got this app and it is like the #1 chat app on shopify if you want a convenient and easy to use app to chat with your customers then this app is the best option. What really impressed me was that they have a IOS app and a ANDroid app which is sooooooo convenient easily a must have app for any shopify store.

Tidio works just great, it was recommended by a friend and it has honestly been the the best for my startup. Great tools and configuration options for bots, messages, client lists, etc. Also the interface is super fast for potential customers unlike others around. 100% recommended!

VERY easy to use. They are updating and asking for feedback. How awesome is that? They also have an iPhone app, so literally while im out in the field Im converting customers to purchase on my site. Now that is cool.

Brilliant App, helps improve customer communication and even improve sales. Some really cool features i.e. chatbots which cut out so much back & forth when dealing with emails. Fantastic team who help with any query you have. I couldn't imagine life without live chat on our site anymore.

Love this app! Easy to use, customizable and pretty.

Loving the friendly and fast customer service, too. Another app widget (Rewards) ended up blocking a part of the chat box. I was supposed to contact Shopify for a solution, but Oscar was super friendly and as an extra service sent me a step-by-step guide on how to fix it myself. And it worked! Feeling very understood and empowered! Thank you, Oscar and co.!
