Love the app, seamless integration and works great! I'll throw out some constructive criticism as a consumer as well as a seller. I would love to see some sort of minimize or auto-hide functionality for the text bubble that pops up next to the circle in the corner. It would allow clearer browsing of the website if the consumer chooses. Currently I don't have any text in that field as I prefer not having the bubble but if there was this increased functionality i'd totally bring it back.

I'm still early using Tidio but so far it has been great. They also reset my chatbot quota because I ended up triggering a ton with my own testing.
