We’ve been working with Tidio since late 2025, beginning with development and implementation before going live in February. We currently use the platform across email, chat, and social media support.
One of the biggest strengths has been the level of partnership and access we’ve had to Tidio’s experts, technical teams, and internal resources. As our needs have grown, they’ve continued to push new features and functionality that help support higher volume and a more complex operation.
Lyro has also been a valuable tool for our team and continues to play an important role as we expand our use of AI within customer support.
There are still areas we would like to see evolve, particularly the ability to automatically assign email tickets to help prevent cherry-picking, which is an important challenge in contact center operations.
Overall, our experience with Tidio and their team has been very positive, and we look forward to continuing the partnership as the platform develops.
